Connecting with Namecheap

You need the record Puko showed you in Settings — a name and a target. Keep that tab open; you will paste both.

Where to go

Domain List → Manage → Advanced DNS. Open Namecheap

Steps

1. Sign in and open Domain List, then press Manage next to your domain.
2. Open the Advanced DNS tab.
3. Under Host Records, press Add New Record and choose CNAME Record.
4. Put the record name in Host, and the target in Value.
5. Leave TTL as Automatic and save with the green tick.

The host field

Enter only the part before your domain. Most panels add the domain for you, so pasting the full name creates a record like _abc.example.com.example.com — which never resolves and looks exactly like a record that has not propagated.

Then

Go back to Puko and press Check. If it is not found yet, wait a few minutes and press it again — the record has to spread before we can see it. Do not edit it in the meantime; that restarts the clock.

Once it verifies, everything else is automatic. You do not need to come back to Namecheap.
