One profile per site
NewEvery block used to animate the same way: the same fade, the same speed, the same order, whether the page was a dental clinic or a bakery. Motion is as much a part of a page's voice as its palette, and one voice for every site is the generated-page signature.
Now a site has one motion profile, resolved once from what is already known about it: its vertical, the mood words of its palette, font pair and shape preset, and its design seed. Every block reads that profile through useMotionProfile. No block chooses its own timing, for the same reason no block chooses its own background band.
The vertical is worth three mood words, each matching mood word one. Ties break on the seed, so a site lands on a profile that is its own and keeps it across regenerations. A site that scores nothing gets calm. For a visitor who asked their device for reduced motion, every profile collapses to still: nothing reveals, nothing hovers, and there is not one frame of hidden content.
