Our story

A family practice, three generations on

Northgate opened in 1987 with one chair and a borrowed X-ray machine. Dr. Elena Marsh bought the practice from its founder in 2009 and kept every member of staff — two of whom are still here. We still run on the same rule the founder set: explain everything, charge what was quoted, and never rush a nervous patient.
