Running your site

Using Puko from Claude or ChatGPT

Connect your account once, then check bookings, edit pages and write new ones from the chat you already use.

Puko has a connector for Claude and ChatGPT. Once it is connected you can ask things like "any new bookings this week?", "change the headline on my home page to mention same-day appointments" or "write a page about our implant treatments", and the assistant does it in your Puko account.

Connecting it

  • Copy the connector URL from Connectors in your dashboard. It is https://puko.page/mcp.
  • In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors, and add a custom connector with that URL.
  • In ChatGPT, open Settings, then Apps, and add a custom app with that URL, choosing OAuth when it asks how to sign in. Custom apps need developer mode switched on.
  • The assistant opens a Puko page asking you to allow it. Check the account shown is yours and choose Allow.

There is no key to copy or keep secret. The connection belongs to your Puko login, and it reaches every site you can reach, including sites in teams you have joined.

What it can do

  • List your sites, read any page, and show visits and how many leads are waiting.
  • Show recent enquiries and bookings, and approve, decline, hold, qualify or junk them.
  • Change the words on a page, add or remove sections, move them around, and set the search title and description.
  • Write a new page for a site, or a whole new site from a description, saved as a private draft.
  • Publish a site, or take it offline again.

Your plan still applies: the number of sites, pages and live sites is the same as in the dashboard, and so is your role. A teammate with view-only access can ask questions but cannot change anything.

What it cannot do

It cannot delete a site, see or change billing or payment settings, connect a domain or invite people to your team. Those stay in the dashboard, where you can see exactly what you are doing.

Things worth knowing

  • A change to a live site is public within about a minute. Drafts stay private until you publish.
  • Approving, declining or qualifying a lead sends that customer an email, the same as doing it from the dashboard.
  • Writing a new page or site takes up to a minute. If the assistant says it is still being written, ask it to check again shortly.
  • The assistant writes the words it puts on your page. Read them before you publish, and correct anything it has assumed.

Disconnecting

Open Connectors in your dashboard and choose Disconnect next to the app. It loses access within a minute. You can connect it again at any time.
